HOUSE & LAND PACKAGES

With all the hard work of finding suitable land taken care of, you don’t have to worry about the juggle of managing all the details of your home design and the land it’s going to be built on. Every block of land is different and it’s important to know exactly what you’re signing up for. You don’t want to run the risk of purchasing land thinking it’s ready to build on when it’s not, adding tens of thousands of dollars to your final cost price. All contingencies are handled by our team, right down to the colour of your letterbox, with our fully transparent pricing ensuring you won’t be caught out by any surprises.

KNOCK DOWN REBUILD

Depending on your circumstances, the advantages of building a new home on your existing land can far outweigh the cost and complexity of a renovation or addition. You also get to sidestep the time-consuming project of finding a new property and leaving the location you love where you’ve spent precious time putting down your roots.

Our fully insured and licenced builders are specialist knock down rebuild construction experts, taking care of all demolition and site clean up with precision so that your new home can begin as soon as possible. As with all of our new home build projects, we have a large number of customisable plans for you to choose from or the option to work with us to create a custom design all your own.

Our one stop shop service also means that we will support you through every phase of the journey, including council approvals and all the red tape to streamline your pathway to the layout of a perfectly designed brand new home.
